Principle of VOCs catalyst

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are one of the main causes of atmospheric pollution and malodorous gases. The catalyst combustion method is a method in which combustible gases such as VOCs are contacted with air under the catalysis of a catalyst for oxidation reaction. When the flammable gas is hydrogen carbide or oxygenated organic compounds, it is oxidized to odorless and harmless CO2 and H20, while releasing the heat of the reaction (heat source).

Advantages of Our Catalyst Combustion

Efficient handling of VOCs

Can completely oxidize CO, hydrocarbons

Low temperature combustion, saving operating costs

Long life of equipment

Low energy consumption

No secondary pollution (such as NOx, sewage, solid waste, etc.)
